We sometimes find that once our telephone consultation is complete we uncover more potential claims than the customer initially thought would not be possible. E.g. Where a customer has no paperwork. Here at ABC we do not always require paperwork but it may be quicker/easier if you do. In all cases ABC will confirm by way of a subject access request notice (SARN) to the bank/lender the existence of a PPI before submitting a complaint on your behalf. However if you have paperwork this will help with your claim
